Printing manufacturing process

Printing as its name suggests, is to make the appearance effect of the wanted color and context be presented on products via stencil and ink.


Stencil is made up of numerous small holes formed by many cross weaved mesh. The ink is evenly smeared or using a scraper to cover on the stencil, and the ink is placed on the object to be printed through fine holes while the parts not need to print are protected on the mesh by manmade or machine made negative offset.


Screen printing, which is a versatile printing technology and can be applied in many different industries, such as metal, plastic, clothing, ceramics, electronics, billboards, circuit boards, electronic components, computers and high-tech products, etc., has also become an indispensable printing technique of modern high-tech electronics industry.
